VNS Securities JSC (HNX: IVS) announces Board Resolution on dividend payment in cash of 2010 approved on 13/09/2011 as follows:
- Record date: 28/09/2011
- Exercise date: 14/10/2011
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: VNS Securities JSC – 1st Fl., VCCI building, # 9 Dao Duy Anh str., Dong Da dist., Hanoi on working days from 14/10/2011 (8 a.m to 16 p.m from Monday to Friday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
