• Stock type: Common stock
• Par value: VND 10,000
• Ex-right date: September 23, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on September 23&26, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights)
• Record date: September 27, 2011
• Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)
• Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2011
