- Ex-right date: September 27, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on September 27 & 28, 2011, sellers will not receive the right)

- Record date: September 29, 2011

- Purpose: to consult shareholders about delaying the dividend payment of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC.
