HQC served a warning

On September 16, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange had Decision No.144/2011/QD-SGDHCM to serve a warning to Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HQC) on the market.

Reason: The Corporation continued violating the information disclosure regulations at Point 5.1 - Provision I, Point 1.1 – Provision II, Point 1.3 and Point 6 – Provision IV of Circular No.09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010 by the Ministry of Finance.
