HDC: Hodeco offer apartments of Supermarket Project

On September 20, 2011, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development JSC (HOSE: HDC) (Hodeco) will start to sell apartments of the 18-storey Supermarket and Apartment Project – Lot A at 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia.

The 18-storey Supermarket and Apartment Project – Lot A is located at a central location of the city of Vung Tau. The super market Co-opMart will go to operation at Floor 1 and 2 with an area of 6,000 square meters right after the project is finished. This will be very convenient for the people of the building.

Some information about the project:

• Area of the project: 2,762 square meters

• Total construction area: 2,060 square meters

• Total floor are: 35,626 square meters

• Number of apartments: 256 apartments

• Area of each apartment: from 60.5 square meters to 120.3 square meters

• Price: from VND14.9 million to VND16.9 million/square meter

• The apartments of the project are expected to be transferred to customers in Quarter IV/2013.
