BT6: 2010 dividend payment resolution
Beton 6 Corporation (HOSE: BT6) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the 2010 cash dividend payment:
On September 05, 2011, the Board of Directors unanimously approved to pay the 2010 dividend to BT6’s shareholders:
- Total dividend value: VND32,993,550,000 (10% of the company’s charter capital)
- Number of installments: 02 installments, 50% for each installment (5%/charter capital)
- Payment time: 1st on October 2011, 2nd on December 2011
- Payment method: In cash.
