- Stock symbol: VNM
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Ex-right date: September 13, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on September 13&14, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights)
- Record date: September 15, 2011
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)
- Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2011.
- Payment date: September 30, 2011
