NTB: Resolution on dividend payment date
On August 29, 2011, the Board of Directors of Transport Engineering Construction & Business Investment Stock Company 584 (HOSE: NTB) unanimously approved to pay the dividend installment of the year 2010:
Article 1: Approving change the record date for the dividend payment of 2010 from August 2011 to October 2011
Article 2: Approving change the dividend payment of 2010 as follow:
- In November 2011: 50% of dividend of 2010 will be paid
- In December 2011: 50%remaining dividend of 2010 will be paid
This resolution is valid from August 29, 2011.
