- Reasons: Dividend payment 2010 and exerting share purchase right
1. Dividend payment 2010 in cash:
+ Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND1,000 for every share they own).
+ Exercise date: 30/09/2011
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Ben Thanh Service JSC on working days from 30/09/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
2. Exerting share purchase right:
+ Exercise rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 1 new shares for every 10 shares they own).
+ Stock type: No transfer restriction
+ Price: VND 10,000/share
+ The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit. The odd lot shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors with price not lower than VND 10,000/share
+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 30/09/2011 to 20/10/2011
+ Time of registration for purchase: From 30/09/2011 to 28/10/2011
+ The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party
+ Place:
