VSC: Resolution of the BOD

Vietnam Container Shipping JSC (HOSE: VSC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated August 08, 2011:

1. The Board of Directors approved the financial report of the first six months of 2011:

- Revenue: VND287.6 billions

- Profit before tax: VND125.8 billion (Equal to 68% of the profit target in 2011)

2. The Board of Directors approved to pay the 2011 dividend in cash to the existing shareholders with a ratio of 20%/par value (Or VND2,000/share)

- Payment time: Estimated in September 2011.
