OPC: Announcement for first dividend payment of 2011 and bonus shares
OPC Pharmaceutical JSC (HOSE: OPC) announces the record date to close shareholder list:
- Stock symbol: OPC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: August 12, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 12 & 15, 2011, sellers will not receive rights)
- Record date: August 16, 2011
- Purpose: To pay the first dividend installment of 2011 in cash, issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders
1. Issuing bonus shares:
- Issue volume: 4,095,000 shares
- Exercise ratio: 2: 1 (A shareholder owning 02 old shares will get 01 new share). The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (if any) will be cancelled
For example, at the record date, Shareholder A holds 1,273 shares. The number of shares in theory is 636.5 shares. After bonus shares are rounded down to units, he will thus receive 636 bonus shares

Paying the first installment of 2011 in cash:
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/share)
- Payment date: August 26, 2011
