KSA: BOD's Resolution No.09
On August 01, 2011, the Board of Director of Binh Thuan Hamico Mineral JSC (HOSE: KSA)announced the resolution of the Board of Director as follows:
The Board of Director was unanimously to make the 2010 dividend payment in stock:
- Stock symbol: KSA
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Purpose: To make the dividend payment for 2010 in stock
- Record date: August 18, 2011
Exercise ratio: 100:20 (The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 20 new shares as dividend)
Estimated issue volume: 2,573,760 shares
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Binh Thuan Hamico Mineral JSC. Address: B2-01 Nam Long 3, Nguyen Thai Buong, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.
The volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be included to undistributed profit and retained profit of the company.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 151 shares, the calculation will be: 151 x 20% =30.2shares. Therefore, he will receive 30 shares and 0.2 share will be included to undistributed profit and retained profit
This resolution takes effect from August 01, 2011.
