• Stock type: Common stock
• Par value: VND 10,000
• Ex-right date: August 10, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 10 & 11, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights)
• Record date: August 12, 2011
• Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)
• Purpose: To make the second dividend payment for 2010
• Payment date: August 26, 2011
