ABT: Resolution on dividend payment
On July 30, 2011, the Board of Directors of BenTre Aquaproduct Import and Export JSC (HOSE: ABT) held a meeting and was unanimous:
• To approve the financial statements in Quarter 2/2011 and business plan of the Company in Quarter 3/2011
• To pay the second dividend of 2011 in advance
• Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (VND1,500/share)
• Payment date: In August 2011.
