TS4: Resolution on dividend payment
The Board of Directors of Seafood JSC No.4 unanimously agreed to make the first dividend payment of 2011 to existing shareholders as follows:
• Dividend ratio for the first payment: 10% on par value (VND1,000/share)
• Record date: August 19, 2011
• Ex-right date: August 17, 2011
• Payment date: September 20, 2011.
