Viet Nam Ocean Shipping JSC (HOSE: VOS) announced the establishment of a subsidiary, according to Decision No.608/QD-VOSCO dated August 08, 2011:

• Name in Vietnamese: Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên Dịch vụ hàng hải Vosco.

• Name in English: Vosco Maritime Services One Member Limited Company

• Short name: Vosmaser

• Head office: 9 Ham Nghi, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

• Owner: Viet Nam Ocean Shipping JSC (Vosco)
