VNR: QII/2011 operating results explanation
Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (HNX: VNR) explained the increase in consolidated operating result in QII - 2011 as follows:

Reasons:
- Profit after tax of QII/2011 of holding company increased by VND 1.6 billion compared to QII/2010
- Profit after tax of QII/2011 of subsidiaries decreased by VND 1.2 billion compared to QII/2010
- Profit after tax of QII/2011 of Associate company increased by VND 10.3 billion compared to QII/2010
The main reason for the increase in consolidated operating result in QII – 2011 is the influence of the increase of Profit after tax of Associate company.
