SD1: Explanation for excluded opinion of the independent auditor

On 22/08/2011, Song Da No.1 JSC (HNX: SD1) announced the excluded opinion of the independent auditor that effected Reviewed financial statement as following:

The Company has transferred financial duties and benefit of Hanoi branch for Subsidiary (Song Da 103 JSC). The unequal value of fixed assets is VND 4,080,918,846. Therein, income is VND 1,999,650,235 (49% of other shareholder’s contributed capital for Subsidiary) and the rest is VND 2,081,268,611 (51% of the Company’s contributed capital for Subsidiary) will be gradually distributed in Subsidiary’s amortization.
