2. Approving the operating directions in the half of the year:
- Focusing on management of the shipping business to improve the whole company’s operating efficiency; to review, reinforce and improve the efficiency and service quality at units and array of industries
- Researching and finding the solutions to improve and to reinforce the financial efficiency
- Based on the operating results of the first half of 2011, reporting to the Annual Meeting of Shareholder to consider of increasing the dividend payment of 2011 that not less than 30%
