The Board of Directors unanimously approved the plan to execute the second cash dividend installment for 2010:

• Payment ratio: 10%/charter capital (VND1,000 for a share)

• Payment method: in cash

• Record date: September 12, 2011

• Payment date: October 17, 2011.
