PVI: Board Resolution

Petrovietnam Insurance (HNX: PVI) announces the Board Resolution approved on 27/07/2011 as follows:

1. Holding a ballot on following issues:

-  Amending and supplementing of PVI’s Charter

-  Appointing Mr. Nguyen Hai An to be member of Supervisory Board  in place of  Mr. Pham Truong Giang

2. Authorizing Chair of PVI’s BOD to hold a ballot based on regulations of the Law and PVI’s  Charter

3. Paying  8% of dividend  for the second round of 2010 and advancing 7% dividend   in cash for the first round of 2011.
