NST: Adjustment of trading collar on ex-right date for convertible bond issue
Ngan Son JSC (HNX: NST) announce adjustment of its trading collar on ex-right date for convertible bond issue as followed:
- Issuer: Ngan Son JSC
- Stock code: NST
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Ex-date: 23/08/2011
- Reason: Purchase of convertible bonds
On the ex-date, HNX will apply the following adjustments:
- Reference price of NST on ex-date will be the average-weighted price of NST on the trading day before the ex-date (22/08/2011)
- The trading collar of 10% will be applied to NST on the ex-date
To ensure that the issue of convertible bonds of NST does not affect HNX-Index, on the ex-date of NST (23/08/2011), NST will be excluded from the basket for HNX-Index calculation. NST will be in the basket for HNX-Index calculation from the following day (24/08/2011)
HNX will not adjust the reference price of NST on the day NST convertible bonds are converted into shares.
