YSC: Notice of record date for stock swap

Hapaco Yenson JSC (HNX: YSC) to announce notice of record date for stock swap as follows:

- Issuer: Hapaco Yenson JSC

- Stock type: common stock

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Record date: 26/08/2011

- Ex-date: 24/08/2011

- Reason and purpose: Converting shares of  Hapaco Yenson JSC (YSC) to shares of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company (HAP)

- Exercise rate: 1:1.2 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1.2 HAP share for every YSC share they own)

- Plan for rouding down and handling of odd lot share: odd lot share will be rounded down to unit digit. Odd lot shares (HAP shares representing less than one unit) will be cancelled. For example, shareholder A will receive 1,491.6 HAP for every 1,243 YSC shares they own based on rate (1:1.2). In fact, shareholder A will receive 1,491 HAP share (Rounding down to unit digit)

- Exercise place:

+  For deposited shares: Depository member where shares of shareholders have been deposited

+ For undeposited shares: Hapaco Yenson JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. The Company will announce detailed time after finishing procedures.
