Construction and Materials Trading JSC (HOSE: CNT) announced the main content of Resolution of the Board of Directors dated August 05, 2011 on a private placement of bonds as follows:

• Bond type: Unconvertible bond, underwritten to pay all principal on due date.

• Bond term: From 03 to 05 years

• Bond form: Certificate and book-entry

• Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

• Estimated issue volume: 100,000 bonds

• Total issue value: VND100,000,000,000.

• Estimated issue time: In QIII-2011

• Objects of the bond issue: Financial organizations, banks, securities firms, investment funds and other investors.

• Bond transfer: The bonds are free to be transferred.
