NBB: Explanation for business result in QII/2011

NBB Investment Corporation explained the fluctuation in the consolidated financial statements in QII/2011 compared to QII/2010 as follows:

• Profit after tax in QII/2011 was VND33,976 million, decreasing 58.76% from the same period of last year because of the following reasons

• Gross profit from sales and services decreased VND31,703 million from QII/2010 mainly because until Quarter I/2011 the Corporation finished its business in Bac Phan Thiet Trade Center Project, so there were no income and profit recorded in this period

• Financial income decreased VND32,163 million from QII/2010 because in QII/2011 the Corporation gained VND79,006 million from the transfer of right to invest in Diamond Riverside.
