MHC: Explanation for business result in QII/2011

Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (HOSE: MHC) explained the business result in QII/2011 as follows:

- Total sales, financial income and other incomes: VND 35,994,919,733

- Profit before tax in QII/2011: VND 1,576,149,086

- Loss in QII/2010: -VND11,184,318,237

In QII/2011, the Company had profit compared to the same period of last year because after selling its ship team the Company has focused on effective services such as transport agent, pilotage service, etc., while in QII/2010 the Company was in the progress of selling 02 ships, so there were more expenses arisen.
