KDC: Resolution on 12% dividend payment
Kinh Do Corporation (HOSE: KDC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors of Kinh Do Corporation unanimously approved to make the second dividend payment of 2010 at a ratio of 12 percent (Equivalent to VND1,200/share.)
