DTT: Resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting 2011

Do Thanh Technology Corporation (HOSE: DTT) announced the decision of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting 2011 held on July 30, 2011 as follows:

The extraordinary shareholders’ meeting unanimously resolved that Mr. Le Quang Hiep, BOD Chairman, would hold concurrently Director General of Do Thanh Technology Corporation.
