Beta Securities Incorporation announced the resolution of the Board of Director dated July 31, 2011:

• The Board of Director unanimously elected Mr. Hoang Huy Ha as Chairman of the Board of Director of Beta Securities Incorporation in the remaining time of the first term 2011-2015

• Effective date: July 31, 2011.
