Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral JSC (HOSE: BGM) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:
• Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Vu Van Thao from the CEO of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral JSC as of July 26, 2011
• Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Dang Van Ky, a member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO, as CEO of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral JSC as of July 26, 2011
• Article 3: This resolution takes effect from July 25, 2011.
