- Name of the subsidiary: Phu Nhuan Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Construction JSC

- Capital contribution: VND 1,152,000,000,000, 90% of charter capital of Phu Nhuan Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Construction JSC

- Representative: Mr. Bui Tien Thang, Deputy General Manager of Sacomreal, in 05 year –term.
