HOSE announces the record date to issue new shares of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation (HOSE: SAM) as follows:

- Stock symbol: SAM

- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND10,000

- Ex-right date: June 20, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on June 20 & 21, 2011, sellers will not receive the right)

- Record date: June 22, 2011

- Purpose issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders.

- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (A shareholder owning 01 share will get 01 new share.)

- Expected Issue volume: 65,399,216 shares

- Time to transfer rights: From August 06, 2010 to August 30, 2010

- The new shares are transferable

Place of implementation:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
