BIDV allowed to increase charter capital

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.4430/NHNN-TTGSNH on June 8 to permit the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) to increase its charter capital.

Under this Decision, the BIDV is allowed to increase its charter capital to VND 14,599,713,369,930 from VND 14,091,368,444,725.

The Bank is responsible for completing all the legal procedures related to this capital increase.
