MCV: Extension of an issuance license

On April 29, 2011, the State Securities Commission granted Imexpharm Cavico Viet Nam Mining and Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: MCV) an extension of Issuance License No.30/GCN-UBCK (Dated February 22, 2011) until June 21, 2011. During the extension, the company has to finish distributing shares.
