Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: DMC) announces the record date to close shareholder list:
• Stock symbol: DMC
• Stock type: Common stock
• Par value: VND 10,000
• Ex-right date: June 20, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on June 20 & 21, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)
• Record date: June 22, 2011
• Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)
• Purpose: To make the second dividend payment for 2010.
• Payment date: July 06, 2011

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation – 66 Highway 30, My Phu Ward, Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province.
