- Record date: 16/06/2011
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 14/6/2011
- Reasons: Dividend payment 2010 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 30/06/2011
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Viettronics Binh Hoa JSC on working days from 30/06/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
