VTF: Resolution on dividend payment
On May 24, 2011, the Board of Directors of Viet Thang Feed Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VTF) unanimously approved the second dividend payment of as follows:
• Current charter capital VND180,255,090,000
• Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)
• Payment method in cash
• Financial source from profit after tax of 2010.
