NKG: Resolution on dividend adjustment in 2010
Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company (HOSE: NKG) announced the resolution of shareholders’ meeting dated April 16, 2011 as follows:
Dividend adjustment in 2010 from 45% equity down 44%:
- The first dividend payment in cash of 10% in quarter 2/2010
- The second dividend payment of 34%, in which: In cash: 4% and in stock 30%
- Payment date: Expected in quarter 3/2011
- Financial source: The undistributed profit until December 31, 2010.
