L10: Resolution on the second dividend payment in 2010

Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company (HOSE: L10) has announced the resolution of the second dividend payment in 2010 as follows:

Article 1: Paying the second dividend payment in 2010:

• Dividend ratio: 7% /charter capital

• Total amount for the second dividend payment of 2010:VND6,230,000,000

• Payment date: In quarter 2/2011

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company

Article 2: The resolution is valid as from April 29, 2011.
