VIS: Resolution on dividend payment

On May 09, 2011, The Board of Directors of Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VIS) announces the resolution on the second dividend payment of 2010 as follows:

• Approving the second dividend payment of 2010 to existing shareholders:

• Dividend payment of 2010: 20% (VND2,000/share)

• The first dividend payment of 2010 (on April 20, 2011): 15% (VND1,500/share)

• The second dividend payment of 2010: 5% (VND500/share)

• Payment method: In cash

• Objects: The shareholders are in the list recorded date for the second dividend payment.

• Payment date: In June 2011.
