EVE: Resolution on Dividend Payment

On April 22, 2011, The Board of Directors of Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company (HOSE: EVE) announced on dividend payment of 2010 as follows:

• Approving the plan dividend payment 2010 in cash to existing shareholders as follows:

• Stock type: Common stock

• Par value: VND 10,000

• Dividend pay-out ratio:  20% par value (VND2,000/share)

• Total value dividend: VND30,655,992,000

• Financial source: Undistributed profit after tax in 2010

• Trading date: record date expected May 19, 2011

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At head office of Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company.

• This resolution takes effect from April 22, 2011.
