TPC: Resolution on Dividend Payment

On April 28, 2011, The Board of Directors of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TPC) announced on dividend payment of 2010 as follows:

Approving the plan dividend payment 2010 from profit after tax of 2010 as follows:

- Record date: May 18, 2011

- Dividend pay-out ratio: VND1,500/ outstanding share

- Total dividend will be divided by VND31,903,434,000 from profit after tax undistributed at the audited financial statements

- Payment date: The latest end date on June 30, 2011

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
