- Ex-right date: May 25, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 25 & 26, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)

- Record date: May 27 , 2011

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)
