GIL: Violation of information disclosure of inside shareholder

Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (HOSE: GIL) as follows:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Van, Chief Accountant of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the trading result of GIL stock after registering to trade on November 24, 2010.
