SJS: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated person:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tien, wife of Mr. Luu Ngoc Dung – Deputy CEO of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SJS) , bought 1,000 SJS shares on April 05, 2011 without announcement. Besides, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tien, was late in reporting the trading result of SJS stock after registering to trade on January 18, 2011.
