VNI: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

Ms. Le Thi Hoa, mother of Mr. Tran Binh Long – a member of the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Land Investment Corporation (HOSE: VNI), was late in reporting the trading result of VNI stock after registering to trade on January 20, 2011.
