• Appointing Mr. Vu Anh Tuan as BOD Chairman of Van Phat Hung Corporation term 2011-2016.

• Appointing Mr. Do Van Ba as Deputy of BOD Chairman of Van Phat Hung Corporation term 2011-2016.

• Reappointing Mr. Truong Thanh Nhan as CEO and the representative according to the Law as from March 30, 2011 to March 31, 2014.
