1. Change in the Board of Directors:

• Mr. Nguyen Nam Hung

Officially resigned from members of the Board of Directors of Van Phat Hung Corporation as of March 30, 2011.

Reason: Term is up.

2. New members appointed to the Board of Directors in the term 2011-2016:

• Mr. Do Van Ba: Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

• Ms. Tran Thu Oanh: Member of the Board of Directors

3. Reappointment of Mr. Truong Thanh Nhan as Director General from March 30, 2011 to March 31, 2014.
