FDC: Personnel change

Foreign Trade Development and Investment Corporation of Hochiminh City (HOSE: FDC) has announced a personnel change as follow:

• Discharging Mr. Tran Huu Chinh from CEO cum the legal representative. Mr. Tran Huu Chinh continues to hold the post of BOD Chairman with term 2009-2014.

• Appointing Mr. Tran Dang Tien – Deputy CEO as CEO cum the legal representative.
