PET: Change of Petrovietnam’s representative

According to Official Document No.773/DKVN-HDTV on March 28, 2011, Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) (HOSE: PET) appointed Mr. Vu Xuan Lung, Head of Petrovietnam’s Inspection Section, as the Representative for Petrovietnam’s capital in Petrosetco, a member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, to replace Mr. Vu Quang Nam as of April 01, 2011.

The appointment of Mr. Vu Xuan Lung as BOD Chairman will be approved in Petrosetco’s next shareholders’ meeting.
